SEATON SANDS 24 OCTOBER 2020

THEY DROVE TO THE BEACH.

IT WAS AROUND 6-50 AM

IT WAS DARK.

BEACH BUOY SWITCHED ON THE COLOURFUL CHRISTMAS TYPE FAIRY LIGHTS THAT RAN THE LENTGH OF THE AGEING VAN'S DARK GREY DASHBOARD.

THE BRIGHT LIGHTS HELPED AT TIMES, HENCE A STRIP OF L.E.D. LIGHTS FITTED ON THE SURFACE OF THE SINK / COOKER TOP.

BEACH BUOY SAT IN THE VAN DRINKING HOT COFFEE WITH HIS GOOD FRIEND STUBBORN DOG BY HIS SIDE.

THE VAN ROCKED IN THE STRONG WIND.

ANOTHER VAN SAT IN THE WINDY CAR PARK.

A PROPER #VANLIFE VAN.

IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN PARKED THERE ALL NIGHT?

A CAR PULLED UP,  ALMOST ALONGSIDE

BEACH BUOY'S VAN .... IN AN ALMOST EMPTY CAR PARK.

A COUPLE WITH A DOG AND A TODDLER STEPPED OUT.

IT WAS ODD SEEING A YOUNG CHILD OUT SO EALRY AND IN THE DARK TOO.

THE LADY READ THE CAR PARKING SIGN IN WHAT WASN'T EVEN HALF LIGHT.

SATISFIED THAT THERE WAS NO NEED TO PAY, ALL FOUR HALF RAN, HALF JOGGED TO THE ACCESS RAMP.

BEACH BUOY AND STUBBORN DOG HEADED FOR THE BEACH.

BY NOW IT WAS 7-15 AM.

THE THE 7 AM CLUB HAD ALREADY REACHED THE GREY ROCKS IN DARKNESS.

BEACH BUOY COULD SEE THE DOG'S COLLARS FLASHING IN THE DISTANCE.

BEA CH BUOY AND STUBBORN DOG WENT SOUTH.

THE 7 AM CLUB RETURNED TO THE NORTH.

MARI THE LARGE FRIENDLY POODLE APPROACHED BEACH BUOY.

'TIME FOR MY 7-25 NECK SCRATCH APPOINTMENT'

SHE SEEMED TO BE SAYING.

NECK SCRATCH COMPLETED OFF SHE TROTTED, WITH A WAG OF A TAIL.

THEY STACKED THE STACK.

THEY HEADED SOUTH A LITTLE MORE.

THEY HEADED BACK.

BEACH BUOY WATCHED AS THREE OYSTER CATCHERS TOOK TURNS TO HAVE A SEA BATH.

THEY WALKED BACK SLOWLY.

BEACH BUOY.
