SEATON SANDS, 23 OCT, 2020

Beach Buoy and Stubborn walked to the beach.
It felt like summer had stopped over for a couple of hours as it waited for a connecting flight south, leaving when we needed it most.
That happens sometimes.
They reached  the beach at 4-18 pm
A cloud hung over the little village on the north east coast of England.
If 2020 was a cloud, it would be this evil looking cloud.
Horses were being unloaded from horse boxes in the car park.

The Sun was providing plenty of heat.

Three people headed for the sea; they had two small surf type  boards to share.

The evil cloud watched as they headed south.

South it was.
Although the beach may look fairly empty, Beach Buoy and Stubborn had to zig zag a little, to avoid other people.
Beach Buoy had been social distancing for much of his life.

They didn't head for the stack as they travelled south as
 someone was there.
Horses were down at the north end of the beach.

The sea began to reclaim the beach as its own, seeking out any low points.

The horses came south and left wet prints in their wake.

Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog headed for a shingle strip that stretched mid way along the length of the grey rocks.
Creating an upper and lower tier; cheap seats and balcony, both had the best view in the house.

A Stubborn Dog cloud appeared.
Stubborn Dog to the rescue!
It headed off to chase the evil cloud.

Of course the Stubborn Dog cloud moved much more quickly than the real deal.

An angel cloud took the place of the evil one.

Job Done.

They stacked the stack.

Bird sea pottery.

The sun began to set behind the Dunes.

As they crossed the car park, reluctant horses were being loaded
into the waiting horse boxes.
Two women rested on the promenade wall talking.
One had a halloween laugh.

 Time to head back.
