SATURDAY 12 SEPT 2020, SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL AND HARTLEPOOL HEADLAND.

Beach Buoy woke at 5-20 am; the time his workday alarms goes off.
Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog left for the beach at 6-20 am; the time he normally leaves for work, during the week.

Sunrise came at 6-33.
Within minutes a family of four who had been waiting at the water's edge for the spectacle were on their way home; photos taken.

Why rush?
The whole view was perfect.

Even the Sea Serpent made an appearance.
He rolled about in the sea and the morning sun.

They headed south and stacked the stack
 at 7-05.
Then it was off to North Gare Pier Corner...

'Are you going to take am photograph of the rock pool or what?'

Yep!

They reluctantly said goodbye to the beach.

It was time to have a coffee in the van and to reflect on the fact that today mark 2 years since he had bought the van.

Later it was Hartlepool Headland and the war memorial.

... and Lighthouse.
