SEATON SANDS AND NEWBURN BRIDGE BEACH 16 FEB. 2020.

Storm Dennis had raged through the night, the rain had  fell on rain.
Beach Buoy arrived at 7-37am.
The Car Park was empty, which was a welcome surprise.
There was a slight breeze.
An arc of clearer sky curved around the Headland.

It was still dark and gloomy to the south.
As they headed south, so did the brightness.
Beach Buoy was feeling like a proper ray of sunshine for a change.
A man and a dog headed back from the south crossing his own southbound footprints.

The stack and the Sea Serpent marker.

They shuffled back down to the water's edge.

A slivery Sun brightened the view to the south.

Part of beach clean...
destined for the van dashboard and a possible respray?

The beach clean van is in location
(Behind the Monkey's tail.)
No executive decision has been made as yet about its respray.
This photograph was taken in the afternoon, down by Newburn Bridge.
They had parked up with a sea view
Beach Buoy had a warm drink, cake and to be honest nodded off for a while; the van is a peaceful place.
Just as Beach Buoy knew it would be.

They headed out onto a blustery Newburn Bridge Beach and its seacoal-dusted sands.

The Beach is a couple of miles north of Beach Buoy's usual haunt of Seaton Sands.

BEACH BUOY.
