SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL. 07, FEB, 2024.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed down the northerly beach access ramp at

3-54 p.m.

As they did so, a motorbike that sounded more like a chainsaw, sped along the sea front after being held up at the three-wat temporary traffic lights.

A man waited at the top of the ramp for his wife.

She was half way up the ramp with a selection of beach stones.

At the top of the ramp she laid them out on the low wall as if about to explain her choices.

The tide looked to be around both half way in and out?

There was a slight breeze from the north west.

A dog ran over

It was as friendly as it was wet.

Very.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog set off southwards as The Village Church Bells rang out for 4 p.m.

A jogger and his equally keen Spaniel went running by.

Others.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed through the new dune route to Stubborn Dog Stack.

"Afternoon Mate."
It was 4-37.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
Someone had gone to the trouble of levelling the sloping driftwood log.
Beach Buoy tried it out.
Thankfully the roll on the log was still intact.
Beach Buoy rolled as he sipped coffee.
Eventually the made their way back to the beach.
"See you mate."

They had just returned to the beach when a Twitter mate showed up with  his two excellent dogs.
They chatted a good while.

A slow walk back.

The Sun had set .

It was rays of darkness that radiated from behind the dunes.

BEACH BUOY.
