As Beach Buoy drove to pick Borrowed Dog and Archie, he saw the tall man with two Yorkshire Terriers, heading to the beach.
Beach Buoy, Another Dog, Borrowed Dog and Archie reached the beach at 3-53 p.m.
It was cloudy but mild.
There was a breeze from the south west.
They all headed southwards.
The tide was about as far in as it was out.
The light was odd.
Not great for taking photographs, even filtered to death ones.
Much of the sky looked bruised.
A Stubborn Dog cloud waited at the the stack for their arrival.
Beach Buoy and Archie chatted as they progressed towards the stack.
Horses walked the water's edge into Beach Buoy's beach note book.
Other beach-goers slipped through the blog next due to conversation.

Beach Buoy patted

Archie added another to the stack.
It was 4-25.
Beach Buoy reached into his Beach Bag.
Coffee for Beach Buoy.
Tea for Archie.
It was a stood up, wobble-free refreshment break.
Beach Buoy told the tale of the wobbly driftwood plank.
He relived coffees past.
That time it wobbled a little too much and he just about saved the coffee.
...and that time......

They all returned to the beach.
A slow walk back.
A man in a flamboyant hat and smart overcoat headed south along the water's edge.
Beach Buoy had drawn a card of the man a good while back.
From a distance he looked like the Spiv off Dad's Army.
Beach Buoy explained to Archie what a Spiv was.
To be honest he most probably would have to explain what Dad's Army was had he gone into it too deeply.
He half imagined the man coming over , opening his coat to reveal a selection of various Wobbly Driftwood Planks.
They don't grow on trees you know.
Beach Buoy and the gang headed to The Esplanade.
A car sat...
Engine running.
Headlights blazing onto the walkway.
Beach Buoy explained to Archie that he had left the Top Hats and Canes at home.
So no Esplanade Show today.
