Sunday afternoon.
Beach Buoy drive to North Gare Car Park
There was a distant damp fog.
A Ship's fog horn bellowed out as it headed down the river, for the sea.
The sound of the Village Church Bells drifted across from Seaton Carew, to the north.
It was 1-45.
They crossed the Golf course via the public right of way.
The golf course was closed due to the covering of snow anyway.
The tide was well out.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked the edge of the Blue Lagoon.
Scattered driftwood lay around the strand-line like wounded soldiers.
Beach Buoy searched the riverside shingle.
They heady to North Gare Pier.
They met Twitter mate.
As always, they had a good chat.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed for Seaton Sands, through the dunes.
They headed to
Stubborn Dog Stack.
"Afternoon Mate."
It was 2-50.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He cleared the wobbly driftwood plank.
He sat and drank a wobbly driftwood coffee.
One side of the plank had a dusting of snow.
Beach Buoy stood.
He replaced the wobbly driftwood plank back in the dune grass
"See you mate."
They headed back towards the van through the dunes.
BEACH BUOY.
