SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL. 09, DEC. 2023.

Beach Buoy had been up since around 2-15.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 7-28 a.m.
A man rode the Promenade on bike with tiny wheels.

The cars of Mr.Gunn/ Nunn and Team Distant Wave were already parked up.
They set off along the beach.
It was half-light at best.
The sky glowed slightly to the south.
The tide was well out.
A fresh breeze blew from the south west.
Two hoods went up as random spots of rain began to fall.
Half a dozen walked around nearby.

People stood at the water's edge, chatting as their dogs waited.

Some of those people were Team Distant Wave.
They approached.
Distant Waves were shared.
They had a lovely chat.
Hugo was given extra neck scratches as they all caught up.
An excellent chat
They went their separate ways.

Beach Buoy waved to Stubborn Dog Stack from the beach below as he and Another Dog continued southwards.

They headed to the Tank Traps at Sand Martin Corner.
An orange coat was in the distance.
It was Mr.Gun /Nunn.
He was heading back by the beach, rather than doing his circular walk.
He thought Lola may be missing.
Lola is Hugo's mate.
Beach Buoy reassured him that the dog was safe and sound.

Beach Buoy passed the Tank Traps.

He cut through the dunes as he aimed at Stubborn Dog Stack.

"Morning Mate."
It was already 8-30 a.m.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat having a wobbly driftwood coffee as he sat on a wobbly driftwood plank.

A man walked northwards with the water's edge for company.

A lady headed in the same direction.
She chose the strand-line for company.

"See you mate.'

They began to head back north.
It had been a grey morning.
Beach Buoy checked the sunrise time.
Late March was the answer.

A bright Yellow Boat crossed the Bay from Hartlepool to the Wind Turbines.
It is a regular visitor to the offshore structures.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog began to climb the access ramp
Team Mick Aston Jumper led the way.
Beach Buoy reached the van at 8-58 a.m.
The walk was over.
It started to rain.

BEACH BUOY.
