Wednesday.
A day off.
Beach Buoy had gone to bed at 9-45.
He was up by 11-27.
Beach Buoy sat watching YouTube.
Scotland.
Keane.
The Cure.
The first Gull was head at 5-20 a.m.
It was still dark.
Had it been a work day, Beach Buoy's alarm would have gone off at 5-10 anyway.
Beach Buoy made coffee.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog arrived at the beach car park at 5-51 a.m.
An overnight H.G.V.was parked up.
A dog walker walked the promenade.
A car sped across the car park.
The passenger was opening and shutting a door as they did so.
Idiots.
The two idiots in the car parked in the corner of the car park near the dunes.
They both went into the dunes briefly.
It looked like a pee stop.
They returned to the small car.
They sped off once more.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the bottom of the access ramp at 6-20 a.m.
The tide well a good way out.
No waves broke .
The sea rippled
There was a slightly chilled breeze from the west.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked to a seacoal-framed strand-line.
A deep low sound came from out in the bay.
It wasn't a foghorn.
It was reminiscent of The Sea Serpent's mating call.
It couldn't be.
It was too far out and the wrong time of year anyway.
The 7 a.m. Club were heading south on the water's edge.
The dogs, Mari and Wallace searched the strand-line.
The 7 a m. Club approached for a chat.
"The Dolphins were here yesterday.
Swimming just over there.
Just offshore.
They went their separate ways.
" Must dash!"
Beach Buoy dawdled.
The Sun was lovely.
Me Gunn/ Nunn and Alfie approached.
They chatted.
Beach Buoy passed on the Dolphin news.
Mr. Gunn/Nunn went on ahead.
The two barefoot ladies chatted to the 7 a.m club near the water's edge.
The sun gained height behind The Sea Serpent Marker.
6-37 a.m.
"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
Beach Buoy set up the wobbly driftwood plank.
He drank a wobbly driftwood coffee as he watched the sea.
A sundog appeared above the sea.
They are ice crystals 22.5 degrees from the Sun.
Beach Buoy drank his coffee as the 7 a.m. club headed back north.
A man headed south with a small dog and a mobile phone.
"See you mate."
They headed back along the strand-line.
The man with a rucksack and a Rotwieller headed north.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog went back to the van.
