13,AUG, 2023. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

 


Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 5-52 a.m
The sun was up.
Memorial flowers were left at  
The Sandy Shoe Bench at the top of the beach access ramp 



The car park was empty.
The tide was a good way out.
They headed down the access ramp.


As they headed towards the sea, the Sun began to climb into the clouds.


The north was deserted.


They headed south.
 Around eight Gannets began diving quite close to shore.


Gulls flew to investigate.

Team Distant Wave were on the beach 
Hugo the big friendly rescue dog zig zagged his way along the beach.


Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached Stubborn Dog Stack. 
"Morning Mate."
It was 6-20 a.m.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.


A ship set sail for sunlight.



Beach Buoy prepared the wobbly driftwood plank.
He drank a wobbly driftwood coffee.
On the beach below, Team Distant Wave and the 7 a.m. Club  had become one.
As they passed the shared a distant wave and an equally distant conversation.

The combined group headed south then north. 
Mari the big friendly poodle had to run the length off the beach to catch up.



Mari passed.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog followed.
"See you mate."
It was 6-48 a.m.


Wrote his name in the sand.

Growing old.
Not growing up.

They headed back to the van.


Campers camped.


A Pony and Buggy went to the sea.

Beach Buoy went to the van.



The Gentleman on the tricycle headed north on the promenade.
