SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL, 23, NOV. 2022.

Beach Buoy, Borrowed Dog and Another Dog walked to the beach.
It was going to be a bit of a rushed one.
A rushed beach is better than no beach at all when all said and done.
They reached the bright bay at 3-51 p.m.
It has rained most of the day after a sunrise to die for.

The last of the sunlight reflected on a large single cloud, that crossed the bay.

They headed south.
The sea turned pink, as though someone had been washing bloodstained hands...
A corgi came to say hello.
A Young Labrador came to say hello too.

A large, slightly panicking dog kept running the length of beach, backwards and forwards.
He had lost it's owner.
A concerned lady with an older Labrador asked Beach Buoy to keep an eye for any distraught owner to the south.
Beach Buoy could hear distant calls.
He climbed up on a dune height but couldn't see anyone.
He climbed back down to the beach as the dog and owner were reunited.

They chatted briefly.

Beach Buoy and the Dogs went to Stubborn Dog Stack.
Beach Buoy added three stones to the stack.
"Afternoon Mate."
He patted
THE
stone.
He looked south....

The Blast Furnace had been blown up at
9 a.m.
The structure lay like a slain elephant.
We won't forget.
There is talk of all the new construction.
One wonders where the steel will come from to build such schemes.

"See you mate."
They went back to a darkening beach.

A slow walk back.
