SEATON SANDS , HARTLEPOOL. 19, APRIL 2025.

It was about half an hour after sunrise when Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach.

6-32 a.m.

The lady who once fell off her bike and her companion had just turned back north at the southernmost end of the Esplanade.

The view from The Esplanade, overlooking part of The Little Tern Nest Site.

The tide was well in.
There was a cold wind blowing off the sea.

Sand and Seacoal stretched to the north.

Team One Black Ear were to the north too, heading south.

Milo the borrowed dog still hadn't returned home.

Beach Buoy headed south, collecting five suitable stones for Stubborn Dog Stack as he did so.

Gulls dotted the water's edge.

To the south, the 7 a.m club headed back north with his two small white dogs.

The Spirit of Mari the big friendly poodle watches them from the dunes.

They stopped to chat to one another before going their separate ways.

Trapogge Balls.

A rough sea tends to bring them ashore.

Beach Buoy waited at the start of the low level route for Team One Black Ear to arrive.

They had a chat.

"Morning Mate."

It was 7-08.

Beach Buoy added the five suitable stones.

He patted

THE

stone.

He sat on the driftwood plank with plenty of rust.

Blades and wings.

Gulls hung in the wind.

Sit and think time.

It was a blowy sit and think with that wind off the sea.

"See you mate."

They headed back north via the "Easy" route.

Team Muzzled Dog were walking  the low level route.

Dasher the muzzled, friendly and dashing dog, dashed along both the "easy" and low level routes.

Distant waves and an additional "Morning." were shared.

Back to the village.

The two ladies who had a German Shepherd but no apology, months ago, when their dog went for Another Dog headed south.

Back to the van.

25 Trapogge Balls beachcleaned.

Beach Buoy set off.

The litter pick lady waved from the Esplanade.

Beach Buoy gave a flash of the van's headlights in response.

He drove down Tees Rd.

The jogging section of Team Muzzled Dog were jogging back into the Village.

She waved as she jogged by with Alfie the Border Collie running at her side.

Beach Buoy gave a flash of the van's headlights in response.
