Monday.
Beach Buoy is always up early, work or not.
Years of alarm clocks mean his body auto wakes around 5 a.m.
Before 6 Beach Buoy had taken his drawing "stuff" into the kitchen.
He sat on a bar stool.
He drank coffee and after 6, he listened to Amy Oakden on Radio Tees and drew.
Beach Buoy went to collect Borrowed Dog.
Along with Another Dog they headed for the beach.
They reached Seaton Park Car Park
at 8-25 a.m.
They walked The Esplanade.
It was as fresh as it was bright.
To the north, The Village Christmas Tree was in place opposite The Green.
No lights or decorations just yet.
They went down the beach access ramp near to the beach huts.
A man followed, stopping to take a pee half way down!
The Sun shone brightly as The Moon took notes.
A man with two dogs threw a ball as they all walked the water's edge.
The tide was a fair way out.
The Seaton Carew Wreck was just starting to show.
There was a slight breeze from the north east.
The sea looked to be rough on a calm day.
A man with a rucksack but no dog marched north.
Beach Buoy and the dogs kept heading south.
The overnight tide had been high, up to the dune edge.
As they walked, Beach Buoy collected five beach stones for Stubborn Dog Stack.
They climbed the big slope.
They walked a frosted "easy" route.
"Morning Mate."
It was 8-57.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
The well-worn plank with plenty of rust had plenty of frost too.
Beach Buoy just stood.
The dogs stood too.
After a stand and think, they slid to the beach below.
They headed back to the north.
Mr Gunn/Lunn and excellent dog Alfie were heading south.
Beach Buoy gave Alfie a head scratch as they chatted.
They put the world to rights.
They also discussed how come they could see the Moon so brightly on a sunny day.
Beach Buoy pictured a Seaton Snooks Tea Room Out and about card as they spoke.
Before leaving, Mr.Gunn/Lunn informed Beach Buoy about a Young Swan to the north.
They went their separate ways.
The Seaton Carew Wreck was beginning to show as the tide receded.
Beach Buoy went to the location of the Swan.
There it was.
It paddled around in beach-trapped water near to the access ramp at the southern end of The Esplanade.
It seemed happy enough.
BEACH BUOY.
