Beach Buoy had left work early.
He went for Borrowed Dog.
With Another Dog alongside they all headed for the beach.
They arrived at 2-35 p.m.
It was very sunny.
The tide was high, the sea was angry.
There was a chilly breeze from the north west.
Up on the dune edge lay some ghost fishing gear.
Beach Buoy traced it to a boat called Pride and Joy from Whitby.
The high tide was claiming the beach.
Beach Buoy had no option but to head for the dunes.
The sea was wild.
The air was fresh.
Beach Buoy was keen to visit Stubborn Dog Stack.
Going by beach was out of the question.
Sadly, a wall of Sea Buckthorn blocked the way in the dunes.
Beach Buoy would have carried Another Dog but two dogs was out of the Question.
A disappointed Beach Buoy headed back to the van.
An early moon hung over the Bay.
BEACH BUOY.
