SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL. 07 JAN. 2020.

Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog arrived at 3-52pm.
A strong wind was blowing from the South west.

The sea was calm; the wind wasn't.

Shifting sand and Sea coal.

Sea coal and shifting sand.
A flock of Seagulls stood down at the water's edge, facing the wind.
The dunes gave some shelter.
Beach Buoy headed up, to place a couple of stones on the stack, half expecting a blast of sand in the mush.
Surprisingly there wasn't a blast, any dry soft sand had already gone.
They headed back below a cloud of grey.

Above the cloud, an aeroplane grumbled and rumbled as it searched for a nearby airport.

Beach Buoy carried Stubborn Dog when it was needed.
