SEATON CAREW, HARTLEPOOL , 10 JAN. 2020.

Unlike the future, it was clear.
It was 3-40 pm.
A cold wind blew from the south west.

There were quite a few people around; Dogs too.

Thirty or so Oyster Catchers flew south, heading for the River.

The Moon was all at sea.
It looked as if it was mid-bounce, travelling along the horizon.
Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog headed alongside the water's edge, before heading up to the Dunes.
The sea tried its best to catch them out as they did so; it failed.
Dry feet and paws all around.

They headed back.
The moon was higher by now.
It seemed to be holding out a hand of friendship?
Beach Buoy reciprocated and why not?
As the chilly walk was coming to an end, Gulls crossed the dunes and headed out to sea.
It looked like the allure of the Moon was irresistible?
