SEATON CAREW 08 - 12 - 18.

It was 7-35 am.
The 7 am club had been and were well on their way back North.
It was windy. The soft dry sand was being blown out to Sea in sheets.
There was just a hint of daylight over Saltburn way.

Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog headed down to the water's edge.
It seemed a little calmer down there; not much, but a little.
Beach Buoy noticed that once again the Sea was just beyond the Seaton Wreck...
He returned more Sea Pottery to the Sea.
He will only be keeping a limited amount in his collection.
It would only all end up in a skip one day, so the Sea it is.

They travelled South in the Strong Wind.
Sea birds flew low but if any did gain height they were took off in the Gusts like a member of some aerial display team.

The light changed constantly as they progressed onwards. It is as if the Sun had been given an early Christmas present; one from Beach Buoy's childhood. A Torch of not a "Million Candles." but of many Colours.

They stood on North Gare Pier, hopeful of a Sunrise.

Hooray!
The Sun found the Orange button on it's Torch and Sunrise it was; an Industrial one at that!

The tide makes a pretty good job of Driftwood Art. It comes from the Sea and down the River too.

They crossed back to the Bay; a Deserted Bay. Result!
They clambered down to Seaton Sands and headed back to the Van.
Two crows hopped along in the strong winds beach combing as they went.
Out at Sea the Wind Turbines turned as one.
Towards
the end of the walk Stubborn Dog got a carry so as not to get sand in his eyes in the sandstorm down the end of the Beach.

Fast forward to 1 -50 pm and ..
It's a two dog walk up at the North End of Seaton Carew.

Beach Buoy had gained another  Dog for the remainder of the day. The three parked up at the Village Green and headed off ....

Then it was back to the Van for Coffee, Radio and a read.

Beach Buoy's Mobile Beach Hut View.

Beach Buoy wondered if the Ice Cream Van sold rainbow lollies?
