SEATON SANDS , HARTLEPOOL 16 MAY 2018.

Beach Buoy and two dogs parked up near the Village Green.
There was a very fresh wind blowing in off The North Sea.
He was glad of the spare hoody in the back of the car as he set off South; double
hooded.

The dog ban was in force now so it was a Promenade walk until the start of the Dunes. As they walked along it alternated between bright sunshine and a dull day by the Sea as the strong wind sent the clouds flying by; blocking and unblocking the Sun's rays.
Even though the weather was fresh, some people seemed determined to do the traditional seaside things.
A middle aged couple leaned against the Promenade wall eating Ice Creams, perhaps in an attempt to get warm? An Older couple sat on a bench, eating their fish and chips with the outer wrapper paper flapping like a flag.

Once they were in the Dog zone, they headed for the strand line and continued the journey South.
Beach Buoy glanced North to see if there were any beach followers their trail.

They walked and watched the Constant Sea.
Up ahead there were around 20 Oystercatchers stood looking out to the very same Sea.

Beach Buoy collected this ghost fishing gear on the journey back to the car.
He left it by the Council bins up on the Promenade.
It was heavier than he had originally thought.
He had reckoned there was around 40 foot of rope.

There was some more beach cleaned items too.
