01 MARCH 2018. SEATON CAREW

we are in the middle of #thebeastfromtheeast and Storm Emma.
The Beach has been battered. The Sea is off in the distance.
Close to the prom we have trapped water, edged with sea foam, coloured by the blowing sands.

It was bitterly cold and wild. Sand was flying everywhere in the Icy wind.

I didn't last on the Beach for very long and went to see the scene on the Sea Front. The Council workers were doing their best to clear the sand drifts to make the road passable.

The Bus Station Clock Tower.
The Snow and Sand almost seem to form a hand trying to hold the bottom of the Tower steady in the wind.

BEACH BUOY.
