Monday morning.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached Sandy Car Park at 5-58 a.m.
Rays of sunlight splayed out along the horizon.
Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones as sea swimmers headed to the water's edge.
The tide was well in.
There was a breeze from the north.
Sea swimmers in preparation.
Team One Black Ear were to the South.
The sea swimmers took the plunge.
The lady with a red coat and a brown dog called Jasper were heading south with a friend.
Beach Buoy stopped to chat to Team One Black Ear.
A red coat and a brown dog called Jasper went by.
"Morning."
"Morning."
"You play out on the wing!"
Skylarks sang above the dunes as they began to walk the low level route.
Beach Buoy collected two sturdy stones.
He placed them on the sea defence.
"Morning Mate."
It was 6-34.
Up on the height of the dunes, the breeze felt more north east.
He added five suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He scattered some seeds for the Crows to enjoy later.
They had a sit and a think.
Beach Buoy watched waves run along North Gare Pier like curtains were being drawn.
"See you mate."
Back to the low level route.
Back to the beach.
The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple were heading north to south, searching shingle strips as they progressed.
A man and his Spaniel went from dune to sea.
The lady who walks the full length of the beach passed by.
"Morning."
"Morning."
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the access ramp.
Dylan the Dog came tumbling down.
"Morning."
"Morning. It's supposed to be dune!"
Up on the Esplanade Beach Buoy chatted to one half of Team Muzzled Dog and Mr. Gunn/Lunn.
Beach Buoy quizzed Mr.Gunn/Lunn about the driftwood bench that he had mentioned.
"It is up on the edge, right near the Pier. It's sturdy. I've had a sit in it."
Sturdy?
Beach Buoy must locate it...
Paul.
