SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 7-05 a.m.

Mornings were exchanged with Team Muzzled Dog as Gulls cried overhead.

A cyclist's light went from south to north along the promenade.

Two other cycling lights travelled north to south.

They headed to the beach.
Crows monitored their progress.

More crows milled about on the strand-line.

They headed south.
The tide was well out.
The air was still and bitingly cold.

They passed frosted dunes.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed southwards with the dune edge for company.
Down by the sea, two joggers headed south too.
Beach Buoy waved to Stubborn Dog Stack from the beach below as they passed.

Dune edge became grey rocks.

They headed to North Gare Pier.

They searched the shingle that was scattered around Sand Martin Corner.
They climbed up a lower dune edge before heading towards Stubborn Dog Stack.
Behind them, steam rose from a relatively warm sea on an icy cold morning.

Morning Mate."
It was 8-14.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat drinking a wobbly driftwood coffee on a wobbly driftwood plank.
On the beach below, a lady stopped regularly to crouch down to take photographs as she progressed southwards.

"See you mate."
They returned to the beach.

They walked northwards.

Tugs waited at the river mouth for a large ship to arrive.

Before too long, the ship arrived on the scene.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog continued north.
Not Beach Buoy and his little dog walked from sea to promenade before returning north along the promenade.

A man with two Husky Dogs tied to his belt, walked south.
At the access ramp they met a Dog called Jess.
The Village Church Bells rang for 8-45 a.m. as they reached the Van.
Beach Buoy hated the council's sea tax.
Time to go.

BEACH BUOY.
