| Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog arrived at 7-01 a.m. It was breezy. The wiring in the lamp posts up on the Promenade were clinking inside the lamps, it was reminiscent of the yacht's rigging ropes down at the Marina. The 7 a.m. club were already heading South so Beach Buoy led the way as there was Shingle Banks ahead. |

| A young lady sat in the centre of the beach having a sit and think. Beach Buoy hoped she was OK. She later headed to the village so hopefully all is well. |
