SEATON SANDS, 18 SEPT, 2018.

It was warm and very windy as Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog arrived at 5-30 p.m. The Car Park was full of grounded birds from all of the Major Airlines, thanks to the high wind speed.
Maybe some of the Seabirds were just too heavy to take off after last night's feast?

The tide was well out. The strong wind from the Dunes (West) was warm. The clouds of every type and shape flew by in the Strong wind. Beach Buoy saw a Mother Elephant Cloud  with a Baby Elephant following behind. By the time he had his phone ready to take the picture it had changed into a Man with a Moustache  being followed by the Starship Enterprise!

The wind was whipping the top of the waves as they came in, giving a Rainbow effect as the Spray blew away and back to the Sea.

The water drains away as the lighter nights are doing so.

Down towards the Gares, the Beach was wet with standing water.
The reflections we're lovely.

The wind had been strong all day. The dry sand from up in the Dunes travelled the Beach to the Sea. It stuck to any damp stones or Shingle giving - in Beach Buoy's opinion a nice pattern.
