BLAST BEACH TO HAWTHORN HIVE AND BACK TO THE BLAST BEACH 27-11-16.

HAD CABIN FEVER SO HEADED FOR THE BLAST BEACH.
IT IS A STEEP BANK DOWN.

HEADED UP THE STEPS AT THE LARGE ROCK, UP AND ONTO THE CLIFF TOP.
IT WAS TWO MINUTES OFF HIGH TIDE WHEN I ARRIVED AT HAWTHORN HIVE BEACH.
THE BEACH WAS ALMOST DIVIDED INTO TWO BY THE STREAM FROM THE DENE. IT IS JUST VISIBLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PHOTOGRAPH.

A HANDY SCAFFOLDING BOARD MADE A GOOD BRIDGE ... SORRY NO HANDRAIL!

THE RAILWAY VIADUCT AND A FRIEND I FOUND ON THE BEACH. YOU CAN SEE THE STREAM A LITTLE MORE.

HAWTHORN HIVE FINDS... WELL IT WAS HIGH TIDE.

BLAST BEACH FINDS .. AGAIN ALMOST HIGH TIDE AND THE TIDE COULD AND DID CATCH  ME OUT...
SQUELCH SQUELCH SQUELCH.

I KNOW THEY CAN BE MUCH OF A MUCHNESS.
