Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach car park at 6-54 a.m.
The air was damp, slightly misty.
Rain was forecast.
A muffled sea broke onto the beach.
Random people and dogs were dotted around the beach.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog eventually wandered to the strand-line from the water's edge as two Pebbles with Legs scampered along.
Back to the north, the Beachcombing Border Collie Couple had just joined the beach.
Mr. Gunn/Lunn and his excellent dog, Alfie caught up.
They chatted as they all headed north.
They all took the slope to the "Easy" route.
At the top they went their separate ways.
"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
It was 7-25.
He sat on a sloping driftwood log, drinking coffee.
Grey waves broke with white edges.
Skylarks sang.
A man with four Shitzus walked by the Stack.
"Morning."
"Morning."
The dogs all had a sniff of Another Dog.
Beach Buoy stood up.
Team Muzzled Dog appeared.
They had a lovely chat.
The longest chat that they have ever had
They went their separate ways.
"See you mate."
Beach Buoy left Stubborn Dog behind.
One last look at the sea from the stack.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed back to the van.
BEACH BUOY.
