FRIDAY 24 JULY 2020. A DAY OFF. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

Friday 6-38 am
The car park was empty apart from the cab of an articulated lorry that had spent the night there.
The beach was empty too.
More than a dozen Little Terns were swooping around playfully.

Four Cormorant crossed the Bay towards the Headland.

Beach Buoy walked up the dunes a little to allow two ladies to enjoy the water's edge in peace.
More and more people began to show up, a game of beach  chess ensued.

Sammy the Seal said hello after making a few camera dodging dives.

Beach Buoy kept out the way of others and headed back by the dunes.
Out of the blue a wet and sandy Mari (The 7am club dog.)
bounded across the dunes to say hi and have her usual neck scratch.
Scratch done, she was off.

Beach Buoy had brought breakfast.

Only joking.

Beach Buoy beach cleaned the booze and box.
They had left three unopened bottles too.

The beach walk ended up with a coffee in van.

The day and Beach Buoy ended up in hospital.
