| Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog left the house at 6-30 pm. It was bright, but as they left the house it was clear that there was a fresh breeze coming off the sea, even though they had the benefit of shelter from the neighbouring houses. Bird song seemed to fill the air. It must have been a rest day on Tour de Seaton Carew as there wasn't any cyclists hurtling along the pavements, unlike yesterday. |

| It was a quiet beach. They headed up to the stack and added some stones. |
