Arrived around 4 pm. It was a chilly late afternoon walk. |
Finds. BEACH BUOY. |
Arrived around 8-15 a.m. as a Ship leaves The River Tees. |
It was a bit of a grey and breezy morning. |
We crossed over to the River and blowy wind the made the dune grass ripple and flow like some green sea. |
As we rose and turned to head back, it became clear that there was a threatening sky awaiting our return to Seaton Sands. |
Hartlepool Bay. |

Finds. BEACH BUOY. |
I was on the Beach by 7-30 a.m. |
I headed to the water's edge. |
The Red Sea. .. Sorry the North Sea. |
It was windy with spits of rain and a glance behind should the hint of a rainbow over Hartlepool's Historic Headland. |
We headed over to The River Tees at North Gare. |
North Gare was a little windswept. |
Then back to Hartlepool Bay at Seaton Sands. |
At times you have to switch off from a find search and just enjoy the Sea and it's surroundings. |
I love everything about Beaches, even the footprints of fellow Beach goers. |

Later on in the day I went to the shops for some supplies. Like this above ... for driftwood finds. |
... and 36 pencils , because 12 was not enough. |
Then it was back to the Beach. |
Beach Buoy. |
And as if to make a liar out of me, I had one more go and the Photographs came through. So above we have Seaton Sands, Hartlepool around 4 pm . |
A lot of sand had blown the Sand off the Dunes. |
Getting lighter on a night Thank Goodness. |
Not many finds around tonight. Again the Beach was very CLEAN I managed a Small Beach clean. It went straight to Bin. BEACH BUOY. |
It was minus 3 degrees. The tide was on the way out. |
The Sun blinks an eye. |
The view North as I head South. |
Lovely wooden find. |
A frosty tree stump. |
The Sun appeared across the River with all the heat of a single lit match, 2 miles away with a crosswind. |
Looks a lot like a piece that I found yesterday. |
Dog selfie. |
Back to the Bay. |

Today's finds. |
It's a match the piece from today and yesterday and old worn break their differing colours highlight the fact that they have had separate journeys to end up being found. BEACH BUOY. |
