| Arrived around 8-15 a.m. as a Ship leaves The River Tees. |

| It was a bit of a grey and breezy morning. |

| We crossed over to the River and blowy wind the made the dune grass ripple and flow like some green sea. |

| The Sun came out across the River and illuminated the expanse of water with a lovely glow. Rather than dash back the dog and I sat for a fair while taking in the view, the sounds and atmosphere of a January morning by the Riverside. |

| As we rose and turned to head back, it became clear that there was a threatening sky awaiting our return to Seaton Sands. |
