BOXING DAY SEATON SANDS AND NORTH GARE BEACH.

WE WERE LATER THAN USUAL SETTING OFF FOR THE BEACH, WHAT WITH ALL THE DECORATIONS TO TAKE DOWN AND PUT IN LOFT.
SO... MUCH OF THE MORNING THE DOG FOLLOWED ME AROUND PULLING FACES AND STARING ME OUT; WANTING THE BEACH.

WE ARRIVED ON THE BEACH AROUND 1 P.M.
A POEM.
WE'VE SAID "GOODBYE" TO BOXING DAY DIPPERS,
THE BEACH IS LEFT TO WINTER DAY TRIPPERS,
WALKING OFF THEIR CHRISTMAS HIPS,
THEN STOPPING OFF FOR FISH AND CHIPS.

THE LIGHT WAS LOVELY.

THE TIDE WAS AROUND HALF WAY IN/ OUT, WITH A TEMPERATURE OF AROUND FOUR DEGREES AND A VERY FRESH BREEZE.

RIVERSIDE.

I STOOD AND WATCHED THE WAVES ROLL INTO THE RIVER MOUTH  FOR A GOOD WHILE.

A SMALL STONE LOOKING LIKE THE GHOST OF CHRISTMAS PAST.

THE SUN COME BURSTING OUT, LIGHTING UP THE LAND IN COMPLETE CONTRAST TO THE SKY.
THE CRAB POT IN THE PHOTOGRAPH HAS NOW BEEN TAKEN UP ONTO THE NORTH GARE PIER, IN THE HOPE IT WILL BE COLLECTED.

THE DRIFTWOOD LOOKED STUNNING IN THE WINTER SUNLIGHT.

SOUTH SIDE OF NORTH GARE.

BACK TO THE BAY.
