SEATON SANDS 22 JULY 2018.

Beach Buoy arrived around 6-06am with One Dog.
The Sun had heat even though it was still early. The tide was well out and there was a lovely fresh breeze from the East.

A Calm Sea had covered most of yesterday's shingle with a Plastering of Smooth Sand.
As they did yesterday, Crows pecked at the Strand line.
Sea birds were noticeable by their absence. Beach Buoy pictured Sea Bird H.Q. with a sign up stating;"GONE FISHING."

Beach Buoy headed to The Gare. Sometimes when the Early Morning Sun catches the Pier just right, it lights up an angled piece of the Pier making it look like a Gateway  to a far off land; the type you would dream of a child.

The Sea Serpent was just waking this morning.

Beach Buoy sat on a rock near " The Gateway."
as the Stubborn Dog laid flat like Road Kill.
Beach Buoy realised that the Skylarks were silent; Also noticeable by their absence.
He later checked on the Information Board in the Car Park with confirmed  that the Skylarks were visitors from February to July; they may have gone.
Beach Buoy walked to the water's edge and looked back to see the Sand Martins; at least they were still here.
Beach Buoy sighed with arms folded and stared at the Light Blue Sky; thinking to himself that it was good for the Soul.

Beach Buoy went to head back but Stubborn Dog wanted a moment. He looked Beach Buoy right in the eye as if to say, 'No rush Mate."
So Beach Buoy let the Dog have his "Moment " too.
It laid with the Sea and Sun at it's back and sniffed the breeze with his Coal Black little nose.

The eventually headed back, passing the & am club on the way.

BEACH BUOY.
