BEACHES OF 29 OCTOBER 2017.

The clocks went back in the early hours so my usual 7am Beach start was a little lighter today.
I needed to dig the gloves out and double coats for the Dog as there was a very brisk Northerly wind and it had a bite.

I glanced back to see a lone Seagull battle against the strong wind.

The Beach was scattered with these small Jellyfish.

The Sea was wild.

Saltburn to Staithes appear from the gloom.

Headed back with rain for company.

Eco friendly cuppa in the car to warm up.

Hit the Beach again around 3-15.

The Sea was still rough.

I crossed over North Gare Pier.
Fisherman stood at the mouth of The River Tees.

The waves rolled into the River mouth.

The Brent Delta platform as seen from The Blue Lagoon.

Far too heavy to move; A fall arrest unit.

Back to the Bay and Seaton Carew via the Sand Dunes.

A Dune view of Brent Delta.

BEACH BUOY.
