MAY THE FOURTH, 2017.. SEATON CAREW.

A LARGE TUG PULLS OUT A TOPSIDE FOR THE JACKET THAT WENT OUT TO SEA A NUMBER OF DAYS AGO.

I HAD AN ADJUSTABLE SPANNER WITH ME TODAY .....

THEN I HEADED TO THE WATER'S EDGE AND HEADED
SOUTH.

THE FIRST OF THE DAY'S PALM OIL  DISCOVERIES.

NORTH GARE BEACH.

A SHIP LEAVES THE RIVER TEES.

THIS LARGE FLOAT WAS DOWN TOWARD'S THE RIVER MOUTH.

ON THE WAY BACK I SPOTTED THIS PIECE FROM A FIVE STONES GAME.

#2MINUTEBEACHCLEAN

THE PIECES I KEPT TODAY.

I COLLECTED SOME PALM OIL
I REPORTED IT TO THE ENVIRONMENT AGENCY INCIDENT HOTLINE.
ON FREE PHONE
0800 807 060
THEY LOGGED IT AS INCIDENT NUMBER
152 03 99
OTHERS HAVE INFORMED ME THAT PALM OIL HAS BEEN FOUND AT REDCAR, SALTBURN AND MARSKE , SO IT LOOKS LIKE A LOT OF THE BEACHES WITHIN THE BAY HAVE BEEN AFFECTED.

UPDATE.... THE ENVIRONMENTAL AGENCY HAVE TOLD  A FELLOW BEACHCOMBER THAT THIS IS PARAFFIN  WAX?

LATER IN THE EVENING I CYCLED THE LENGTH OF THE PROM.

BEACH BUOY.
