| After a boiling hot day yesterday, the Fog rolled in. On the plus side the beach was quiet and the tide was going out. |

| As part of my beach clean I always keep an eye open for messages in a bottle, the lactone was from The Shetlands, the one above is from Prince Bishop School in Middlesbrough. I will be in touch as they requested. |
