SEATON SANDS AND THE BLUE LAGOON .. 01 JULY 2018.

Beach Buoy and One Dog arrived at 6-23 am.
It was already 14 degrees and the air was so mild.
The tide had just turned from high tide.
A lady with Two Large Dogs headed North into the Dog Ban Zone.
A Couple with Three Border Collies headed South.

Back up against the Promenade wall, Council Workers cleaned the Beach.

It was a glorious morning but nevertheless one hood went up!
Beach Buoy was burnt by the Sun yesterday, so the hood went up as shade. The trouble was  as soon as the hood went up, the Fat Red Face was like  a furnace making Beach Buoy realise just how burnt  he really was.
Down by the Grey Rocks an early morning North Sea Swimmer returned to their belongings.

Beach Buoy headed South to North Gare Pier.

There had been a strange low mist over towards the River but by the time Beach Buoy arrived at The Blue Lagoon the mist was almost gone but still visible down South.

Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog sat down at the Gare and watched the waves roll in. The breeze off the Sea was so welcome.
Way off in there distance Beach Buoy spotted the 7 o'clock club.

The narrow Bank of exposed Dune is home to many Sand Martins during the Summer months.

Then it was time to return in the footsteps of the Dog walking group.

Time for Tea and Toast.
BEACH BUOY.
