27, OCTOBER 2025. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

Monday morning.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked to the beach.
The walked across the car park at 7-06.

Up on the Esplanade, the person who walks with headphones on, almost walked directly into them.
Beach Buoy couldn't think why?

There was a light breeze from the north east.

A man and his dog headed to the dunes.
The man took photographs as presumably the dog ran around?

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the beach.

A Beach Crow came to say hello.

They headed south.

Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones.

Beach Buoy chatted to Team One Black Ear and Team Muzzled Dog.
Beach-found golf balls were handed over.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to Stubborn Dog Stack.

"Morning mate."
It was 7-42.
He added the five suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.

He had a sit and think.

He watched the breaking waves.

People and dogs to the north.

Ghosts to the south.

"See you mate."

They returned to the beach.

They stopped to chat to Mr. Gunn/Lunn and Excellent Dog Alfie.

They had a Crow for company.

Beach Buoy, Another Dog and their sunshine shadows headed north.

Others headed south.

Once on The Esplanade they rested on the wall.
The village church bells rang for 8-30.
Another Dog's ears flapped in the breeze.

Over in the nearby Car Park, Rita the Meter Maid walked her usual route.
Machine to machine.

26 OCTOBER 2025. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

 Sunday morning.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked to the beach.

They had left the house at 6-28.

The clocks had gone back overnight.

Street lights were turning off as they walked underneath them.

A single duck flew overhead.

The sky was clear, with low cloud only out on the horizon at sea.

Another Dog is a slow street walker.
They were getting nowhere fast.

They crossed the car park on foot at 6-48.

They paused at the Esplanade wall.
The most recent tide had been very high,
Parts of the beach were flooded.
The 7 a.m. walked the Esplanade.

Low cloud lay along the horizon.

Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones.

The sky over the village looked dramatic.

Another benefit of being out and about early.

Beach Buoy hoped that the Sun would show.

It did.
It was 7 a.m.

It was a rough sea and light wind type of day.

It was stunning.
Beach Buoy counted his blessings one by one.

The type of sea that you could sit and watch for hours.

The lady with a red coat and a brown dog called Jasper came down from the dunes.
They chatted for a while.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog continued south.

They had the sea for company.

They rounded the sea foam.
Someone stood to the south taking photographs.

They walked the low level route.

7-23 a.m.
"Morning Mate."
He patted
THE
stone.
He added the five suitable stones.

He had a sit a think.

The Bay was wonderful.

He sat some more.

Waves from differing directions crashed into one another.
Some come in at an angle, rebounding of North Gare Pier.

Gulls flew overhead.
The rough sea was not their concern.

"See you mate."
They returned to the beach.

A patterned beach.

A reluctant tide began to head out.

Back at beach level the sea looked impressive.

They made their way back to the north.

A Metal Detectorist scanned the dune edge.

25 OCTOBER 2025. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

Saturday morning.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked to the beach.
Tumbling fallen leaves raced them to the Sea Front, blown by a wind from the west.

A man on a mobility scooter passed by on Elizabeth Way.
He had just left the over 55's apartment block.
"Morning."
"Morning."
"Chilly."
"Fresh."

Beach Buoy and Another Dog crossed a breezy car park at 7-45.

The sea was wild.
The tide was well in.
A man and his dog walked north by the sea.
A lady and her Border Collie went to the sea too.

Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones.
They headed south.

The sea was wonderful.

Waves ran along the length of the Pier.

One half of Team Muzzled Dog caught up.
They walked and talked up to the Grey Rocks.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to Stubborn Dog Stack.

8-23.
"Morning Mate."
He added the five suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.

He had a sit and think.

The drama out in the bay was reassuring.
A little like rainfall on a tin roof.

"See you mate."
They returned to the beach below.

They walked by the sea.
They had to take care.
Once ashore it ran and ran.

From beach level, the horizon was just a jagged edge.

The tide was reluctantly heading out.

The lady with a white dog and a black dog was up in the dunes, heading back north.
Her black dog ranch to the beach to fetch her a stick that was more of a tree.

Heading back with an eye on the sea, not the time.

The Sea Serpent Marker looked lost.

It was one of those days that you could just watch the sea all day long.
Waves danced like flames on a real log fire.

Beach Buoy looked south.
The Gentleman who sleeps rough in many different locations was heading north towards the village.

He stopped to have a sit and think.

Beach Buoy had slowed down to be able to chat to him.
He seemed happy in his thoughts?

Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked to the Esplanade.

A couple had stopped to chat to the Gentleman who sleeps rough.

There seems to be a lot of goodwill towards him.
It cant be easy carrying everything you need with you all of the time.
