It returned to full doddle mode, running after its owner as if it was falling over.
A lady in a mustard-coloured coat walked south, then back north along the water's edge.
Beach Buoy stood up.
"See you mate."
They returned to the beach below.
Once off the low level route, they headed south to Sand Martin Corner.
An Oyster Catcher took flight from its tank trap perch.
A large fish jumped out clear of the water.
It returned sideways on with a splash.

She pointed to the hat in question.
"Emergency hats are fine." replied Beach Buoy.
They headed off in opposite directions.
