Arrived around 6 -45 am ...very very windy and beach very very busy ...see above!

Above waves hit the South Gare

Above... in contrast to the Seaton Carew beach

The Blue Lagoon belonged to Bonnie and Me.

Above ... the rough sea had washed this flat fish ashore...he was alive and kicking... odd he had no legs!...I put him back into the sea ...hope he was OK?

ARRIVED AROUND 6-30AM...THE DAY LOOK GREY AND OVERCAST WHEN I SET OFF,SO I JUST GRABBED MY OLD SMALL CAMERA...

THERE SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN MORE LARGE TREE BRANCHES THAN USUAL WASHED UP ON THE BEACH.

ABOVE ... THE BLUE LAGOON

ABOVE... THIS TREE SEEMS DETERMINED TO GROW!

NO ROOTS

NO SOIL

Arrived around 5-45 am ...Campers on beach...total of 4 tents in various locations...
ABOVE:-Dandelions in the sand dunes

ABOVE:- The sea was very calm....just the odd wave!

ABOVE :- Dog Tired.

ABOVE:- What I thought was just a small piece of fishing line turned out to
be a long buried piece of fishing line ,with 4 hooks on ...some baited...

I took it to the nearest bin.

Arrived around 6 45 am and noticed a couple of new flags unfurled see above.

One of the Information boards located near the sea front.

Above ... a shelter.

Above...a large section of netting seems to have condemned a sea bird to a terrible death?

Above...Collecting the sea coal.

Arrived at the Sea front at 7 am and took some photographs of the Clock Tower Area.

Above the view North....there was a wild wind blowing from the North.

ARRIVED AROUND 6-30 AM...THERE WAS A STRONG NORTH WIND.THE PHOTO ABOVE IS ACROSS HARTLEPOOL BAY TOWARDS ST HILDA'S CHURCH.

I TURNED TO HEAD BACK AND SAW THE ABOVE SCENE AND YES ....WE GOT VERY VERY WET.
