Sunday Evening.
It was brighter than it had been all day.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 7-58 p.m.
They headed towards the sea, collecting five suitable stones as they did so.
The tide was out beyond the Seaton Carew Wreck.
There was a breeze from the west.
Little Terns were working the water's edge.
Sand Martins worked the dunes.
A container Ship headed for the river.
They walked the low level route.
As they did so a Skylark burst into song.
8-22 p.m.
"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy patted
THE
stone.
He added five more.
They were all suitable.
He didn't sit.
He stood for a while.
"See you mate."
A flurry of Sand Martins whizzed by.
They headed back.
They walked a pathway make by horse riders.
BEACH BUOY.
