With a look to the north, they headed south.
Skylarks sang high above the dunes to the west.
The tide was out far enough to expose the Seaton Carew Wreck.
They continued southwards.
The beach fishermen.
They reached Stubborn Dog Stack at 7-52 p.m.

He had a sit and think on the driftwood plank with plenty of rust.
He sat watching the beach fishermen and the passing Sand Martins.

They returned to the beach below.
They headed back to the north.
By 8 p.m. it was the sunniest that it had been all day.
