SEATON SANDS 14-09-16

After a boiling hot day yesterday, the Fog rolled in.  On the plus side the beach was quiet and the tide was going out.

As part of my beach clean I always keep an eye open for messages in a bottle, the lactone was from The Shetlands, the one above is from Prince Bishop School in Middlesbrough. I will be in touch as they requested.

Finds .. Sea glass , Sea pottery and a clay pipe stem.

SEATON SANDS AND NORTH GARE BEACH 10-09-16.

An evening walk after work, trying to make as much as I can of what is left of the light nights.

We went over the The Blue Lagoon aka North Gare Beach.
It is usually a complete contrast to Seaton Beach, usually more sheltered and away from a sometimes stormy sea.

The tide was well out, showing the Lagoon to be Worm City.

Shells laid all around looking like they had just been opened.
It gave me the sense of being watched.

Tree, River and Steelworks.

Pottery Fossils and some Copper wire.

Glass finds.

SEATON SANDS, 07-09-16.

I dream about owning a Camper Van... never been much of a lover of Caravans... but I could be tempted.......

The clouds were amazing...

"Wuff yes they are amazing!"

"Wuff Clouds?"

"Wow Clouds!"

Saved from the incoming tide....
