It was still dark when Beach Buoy and Another Dog arrived.
It was 6-20 a.m.
The lady who once fell off her bike, walked south along the Esplanade with a torch and two fellow walkers for company.
The lady with headphones headed south, down to walk her car park perimeters.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the beach.
It was not as light as the photograph would have the viewer believe.
Torchlight shone to help find five suitable stones.
Distant Bird calls sounded like a plot.
The Gulls seemed to laugh at the situation.
They headed south.
By 6-45, the torch was turned off.
Light was increasing.
Eyes had adjusted.
Seal tracks.
Back to the safety of the sea.
They walked the low level route.
Beach Buoy collected and added two sturdy stones to the sea defence.
"Morning Mate."
It was 6-55.
Beach Buoy added the five suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
Beach Buoy added more painted stones at the request of others.
He topped up the wildlife water bowl.
He scattered some seeds.
"See you mate."
They returned to the beach below.
The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple led the way back north.
In the distance, the random steel pipe looked like a Beachcombing Sea Glass Hunter too.
Back towards Seaton Carew.
Up ahead, Jasper the Brown Dog paused it's run to the sea.
He stood wagging his tail, looking at the sea.
His owner gave a distant wave which was returned.
Up on the Esplanade, Mr. Gunn/Lunn walked with Excellent Dog Alfie and Friday Basil.
It was Tuesday!
All was explained.
Basil has been in kennels last Friday.
He would be visiting the beach twice this week.
BEACH BUOY.
